Nutty Burgers
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
| 1-1/2 | lbs. | ground beef | |

| 1 | medium onion, finely chopped | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | dried bread crumbs | |
|
|
|||
| 2/3 | cup | pine nuts | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | fresh parsley, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | eggs | ||
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | clove | garlic, finely chopped | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape into 6 thick patties.
Grill patties, on covered grill, over medium hot heat 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
