Baja Taco Salad
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
| 3 | cups | tortilla chips, slightly crushed | |

| 1 | package | (8 oz.) iceberg lettuce, shredded | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (11 oz.) Mexicorn, drained | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | Colby-Jack cheese, shredded | |
|
|
|||
| prepared salsa | |||
|
|
|||
| 1 | package | (3 oz.) shrimp | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | green onion, thinly sliced | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Divide tortilla chips onto 2 plates. Top with layers of lettuce, corn and cheese. Spoon salsa over salads. Top with shrimp and green onions.
